Booked king room with great views. The amenities included a safe box, a mini-bar and central heating.

We booked king room for 1 night and had a really great stay. Loved the location on Broadway. Spent our evenings in nearby Skull's Rainbow Room enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The hotel is clean, nestled in the beautiful building with helpfulstaff. The location is easy, 10 minutes' walk to The District. The restaurant is good with delicious dishes to choose from. Would come here again as our stay was amazing.

Stayed here with my husband and everything was wonderful. I booked standard room that was complete with functional interior, great views, for instance as advertised. I thoroughly enjoyed almost every detail: stunning location, consistently courteous and amazingly nice staff. You could walk to a market and shops. The restaurant was magnificent and served appetising food.

Great room and location, but the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

Lovely Stay with Minor Hiccups

Our group spent a night in a fine Corner King Room. The decor was chic, and the shower was heavenly. Valet services were delayed, leaving us waiting. Pro tip, consider parking elsewhere if you're in a hurry, but the hotel atmosphere makes it worth it.

Enjoyed my time at the Fairlane Hotel with its beautiful rooms and attentive staff. The complimentary lobby coffee was great, but it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. Parking is a bit steep at $50/day, so plan accordingly.

Had a great time with a fun retro vibe at the hotel! The quirky decor and charming atmosphere were fantastic, especially the large, clean room. I loved the complimentary drink vouchers they gave us—it added a nice touch to our stay!

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival with a complimentary glass of champagne. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. I appreciated the beautiful decor and abundance of natural light in the lobby. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Downtown Nashville. Enjoyed the free coffee available in the lobby and loved the bagel shop next door for a quick bite. I missed having a coffee maker in the room. It would have been more convenient. My mini-fridge didn't work initially, which took a couple of calls to resolve. This was annoying since I expected everything to operate smoothly. I felt the mini-bar prices were a bit excessive. Even though the staff was friendly and accommodating, I did face some minor inconveniences that detracted from a perfect experience but didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Beautiful decor, great service, and fantastic happy hour specials. The gym is tiny, disappointing.

We spent 4 nights at fairlane hotel nashville, by oliver, and loved the location. It was within walking distance to bars and restaurants, yet still quiet. The front desk staff, especially lauren, were super helpful with recommendations. The fitness center, called 'jim,' was awesome with pelaton bikes!

The King Room had fine floor-to-ceiling windows with great city views. The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking to attractions 😊

The staff greeted us warmly from the start! Eric took great care of our valet needs, and Adam provided excellent dining recommendations.

Finding parking without valet was somewhat challenging.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Broadway. Our King Room was beautiful, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offered fine city views. The bed was comfy, and we appreciated the extra charging options for all our devices.
